We promise we’ll stop posting these It Gets Better videos, but another great one just popped up in our inbox, this one from the people over at Pixar. The same team behind Up! and Toy Story 3, are now not only sharing with you fantastic animated adventures, but also tales from their own troubled teen years. So take a few minutes before you go home for that turkey and watch Pixar talk about how it gets better.

Afternoon, gleeks! Christopher, here. Though the second season of Glee doesn’t premiere for another week, their cover of Empire State of Mind has debuted. The cast gives it their all, as usual, and one can only guess they’re singing this because Nationals takes place in New York this season.

Glee premieres next week on Fox.
